China’s top action star, Wu Jing, is going to conquer Qomolangma.
Wu stars in an upcoming film called The Climbers. It is based on the real-life expedition of four Chinese mountaineers in 1960, who were the world’s first to climb Qomolangma’s north side successfully. The film is expected to hit theaters on Sept 30.
The film vividly presents the heroic deeds of China’s mountaineering heroes. The crew braved the harsh environment while filming. Wu told journalists in an interview that he experienced a bad cold and altitude sickness during shooting. “It was important to understand how difficult it was for these mountaineers, and to appreciate how they behold the highest mountain with awe,” said the actor.

Cristiano Ronaldo says that fame has made his life boring. He wants to be "free again".
The 34-year-old is one of the most famous faces on the planet, having spent most of his career ranked among the world's top soccer players.
The fame that follows such success is too much for the forward. He can't even take his children to the park for fear of being mobbed by fans.
"Being me is boring," Ronaldo said in an interview with ITV.
"A part of it is fantastic. Being famous, first page of the newspaper and TV. But after 15 years, after all this time, I want some privacy," he said.
"In the last 10 years, my privacy has gone. I haven't been to the park with my kids.
If I go, people turn up and my kids are nervous, my girlfriend is nervous, I'm nervous.
"When you are in public, you cannot be yourself. It's boring. I want to be free again."
马上学:Mob可以表示“蜂拥而至”、“大举包围”,例:The stores are always mobbed on Saturdays.(通常在周六这些店铺经常人很多。)
