本周二，一段16分钟的视频流出，画面中许志安和TVB女演员黄心颖在出租车内后座上被拍到有亲密行为，两人亲吻多达20余次。

到这里为止，这只是一则“明星出轨露馅并道歉”的花边新闻。然而真正让大家关注的，则是视频本身——如何拍摄，如何流出。

视频在社交媒体上“火”了，而网友们对于个人隐私保护的讨论也进入白热化。因为该视频疑似为安装在出租车上的隐藏摄像头所拍。

The video went viral on social media and sparked a heated debate on better safeguards of personal privacy, as it was allegedly taken by a hidden camera installed in the taxi.

有传闻指出，视频还可能被转卖给媒体，牟取暴利。



环球网援引香港星岛日报网，香港的士业议会主席熊永达批评泄露视频的司机是“害群之马”，影响业界形象。

香港个人资料私隐专员Stephon Wong则指出，出租车属于半私人空间，如果安装摄像头，司机应遵守相关隐私法律。

Privacy Commissioner Stephen Wong said a taxi was defined as a semi-private place and a driver should abide by the privacy law if a camera was installed.

此前担任过私隐专员职务的Allan Chiang Yam-wang认为，一方面司机应当告知乘客摄像机的存在，让其决定是否搭乘。如不执行这一告知义务，可能违反隐私法律。另一方面，司机收集私人信息是否有法律依据？
