婚姻大事，新人们当然不会放过任何一个细节，这其中登记结婚用的照片自然也是重中之重。不过最近，却有一对新人的结婚证件照突然成为了网络焦点。

26日，厦门一对新人因为用汉服照片登记结婚被拒，引发了网友围观。

A couple in Xiamen, Fujian province, stirred online buzz because they could not get their marriage certificate with photos of them wearing hanfu on Tuesday.



据《厦门日报》报道，当天一对新人拿着汉服照到思明区民政局做婚姻登记，却被工作人员告知不能使用，因为汉服属于“奇装异服”，不适合做结婚登记照片。

The employee of the marriage registration office in Siming district refused to issue the marriage certificate to the couple because hanfu was "weird clothing" and not appropriate for marriage certificate photo.

这对新人对工作人员的解答很是困惑，不过随后按照要求以正装拍照，并成功登记结婚。

The couple felt puzzled by the answer but later provided new photos with formal dress, which were accepted by the office.

在拿到结婚证后，新人表示其拍摄照片的照相馆告知，很多新人都曾以汉服照登记结婚，其中也有来自其他省区的新人。只有厦门不接受汉服照登记结婚。

After getting their marriage certificate, the couple said the photo studio in which they got the hanfu-style photos told them many couples have posed for photos wearing hanfu, including some from other provinces. Only those from Xiamen city could not obtain the marriage certificates with their hanfu photos.
 


对此，拒绝其汉服照片的工作人员解释，此举并非“针对汉服”，当事人陈先生妻子梳着古代的发髻，发髻结合服饰，让其认为这是一张艺术照，而非证件照。更重要的是，她无法从该照片中辨别这是陈先生夫妻俩的近期照片。

The employee in the marriage office who refused to use the photo told reporters it was not about hanfu, but about difficulty of recognizing the couple through the photos they presented, since the wife wore her hair in two traditional Chinese-style buns and it was more of a fine art photo.

而汉服能不能作为结婚证件照使用，网友对这一话题的评论也很鲜明。有些网友支持工作人员，认为类似民政部门的要求很正常。同时，结婚照还是应当正式一些，与婚礼所用艺术照还是有很大差别。

The issue sweeps across the internet with polarizing opinions. Some netizens sided with the marriage office by saying it is quite normal that the office has such requirements. And photos for marriage certificates should be formal, which is a far cry from wedding photos.





不过也有人持反对意见，有网友认为，只要新人没有太过分的化妆，对于服装要求不应该过于严格。

Others disagreed. In their eyes, as long as those marriage certificate applicants don't wear makeup the extent to which they are hard to be recognized, dress code should not be restricted.





在接受《厦门日报》采访时，相关工作人员也给出了解读：“穿着汉服的照片也可以使用，但要符合规定，不能袒胸裸背、遮挡五官。”同时，也有网友提出建议，对于结婚登记的照片，是否可以制定更加详细的标准，并张贴在窗口等显眼位置，附上相关政策解读，以减少市民不必要的误解。
